1. These terms take effect upon public notification to users.
2. The company may amend the terms if necessary, and any amendments shall take effect through the same means of notification.

Chapter 2: Membership and Service Use

Article 1: Definition of Member

A member refers to an individual who is deemed suitable by the company, agrees to these terms, completes the membership registration form, and receives a unique ID and password.

Article 2: Membership Registration

1. Membership is established when the company approves the application.
2. Applicants must provide personal information during registration.
3. Upon approval, the company will notify the user of their assigned ID, etc.
4. Only one ID may be issued per individual.
5. Membership may be denied under the following circumstances:
• Using another person’s identity
• Registering with a false or non-real name
• Providing false information
• Applying with the intent to disrupt public order or morality

Article 3: Service Availability and Restrictions

1. Services are available 24/7, year-round in principle.
2. Service hours may be limited when necessary, with prior notice given.
3. Online consultations may not be available 24/7 depending on staff availability.

Article 4: Fees

1. All members can use the services free of charge.
2. Any transition to paid services will be announced in advance.

Chapter 3: Withdrawal, Re-registration, and Restrictions

Article 1: Withdrawal

1. Members wishing to withdraw must submit a request via email.
2. To verify identity, the member must provide their name, national ID number, user ID, phone number, and reason for withdrawal.
3. Once login via the previous ID/password is no longer possible, the withdrawal is considered complete.

Article 2: Re-registration

1. Re-registration must be requested via email.
2. The user must provide identity verification information.
3. Re-registration is complete once the previous ID/password becomes functional again.

Article 3: Usage Restrictions

If a member engages in any of the following actions, the company may restrict service access without prior notice:

• Acts against public order or morals
• Acts related to criminal activity
• Acts that harm national interests or public welfare
• Unauthorized use of another’s ID or password
• Damaging the reputation or interests of others
• Multiple registrations by the same individual
• Interfering with the operation of the service
• Other violations of applicable laws or these terms
